Clara Zetkin survives as a shining example of that dedication and perseverance daily, advising and practiced as an unavoidable need to conquer the transformation of social being that oppresses us, and prevents the development of the human couple.

A new March 8 confronts us with the need to analyze the situation regarding women's movement with Venezuela. In declarative way most participants agreed, that needed special organizations within the parties and mass organizations to promote women and drive to conquer the self-confidence and the performance of their possibilities, as an aliquot part of a society that needs your participation on an equal footing in all spheres, or as a person who assumes de facto obligations responsibility as citizens, workers and households. Also the largest number stated that it needed a broad organization and mass, to unify the fight for our common goals. These agencies were created and none is running smoothly.

So I think this March 8, compels us to propose "BE MORE EFFECTIVE" as requested by Clara Zetkin, and to do: start the negotiations for a united struggle against the danger of global war again incites imperialism, international solidarity and friendship among peoples, to avoid border wars between countries border brothers, that through its more reactionary ruling classes, move imperialism, for the unity of progressive forces to obtain better living conditions and legal equality for Venezuelan women and above all, by the conquest of the largest female sectors, to work with these objectives.
